Refund Policy

Every Phone Cash AI product is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want your money back within 30 days of the charge, you get it back. You do not have to give a reason.
To request a refund: email support@phonecashai.com, or open a ticket with Explodely, the payment gateway, at https://help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new. Tell us the email address you used at checkout and which charge you want refunded. We answer within one business day, and we handle billing and refund requests first.
What is covered
- The $37 membership.
- Every optional upgrade: Done For You Configuration ($129), The Payout Lock ($99), Instant Income ($97), High Ticket Payments ($95) and VIP Coaching ($997) — including an upgrade bought at a reduced price after you first declined it.
Each charge is refundable separately. If you bought the membership and one or more upgrades, you can ask for a refund on any one of them and keep the rest, or ask for all of them back.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are processed by Explodely and go back to the original payment method you used. Charges appear on your statement under Explodely, so that is the name to look for. Once the refund is issued, your bank or card issuer normally takes 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account — that part is on their side, not ours.
Nothing renews
The membership is a one-time charge and every upgrade is a one-time charge. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing will bill you again, so you do not need a refund to stop a future payment.
What happens to your access
If we refund your membership, your access to the member area ends with it. If we refund an upgrade only, your $37 membership access is unaffected.
After 30 days
The guarantee runs for 30 days from the date of the charge. If you are outside that window, write to us anyway at support@phonecashai.com and tell us what happened — we would rather hear from you than not.
A note on chargebacks
If something is wrong, asking us or Explodely is faster than asking your bank: a refund can be issued within a day or two, while a bank dispute takes weeks. Please give us the chance first.
Earnings are not part of the guarantee
The guarantee is a refund of what you paid. It is not a guarantee of income. We do not promise that you will earn anything — see the Earnings Disclaimer.
