These terms apply to your purchase and use of the Phone Cash AI membership and this website. By buying or using either, you agree to them. Please read them.

Who we are

Phone Cash AI is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or program, any bank, any employer or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party affiliate programs listed in the member area.

What you are buying

The membership is a one-time $37 purchase that gives you access to the member area at https://phonecashai.com/members/. The member area contains:

• a step-by-step setup guide written to be followed from a phone;
• a list of 13 free-to-join third-party affiliate programs;
• 8 short training lessons;
• a commission tracker.

It is information, training and tools. It is not a job, not employment, not a business opportunity we operate on your behalf, and not a promise of income. We do not place anything for you, do not run any account for you, and do not pay you.

Nothing renews

The $37 is a single charge. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no membership fee that comes back later.

Optional upgrades

After you buy, you may be offered optional upgrades. Each one is a separate one-time charge, each can be declined, none is required, and declining any of them does not reduce or remove your membership access. The upgrades offered are:

If you decline an upgrade, a lower price for it may be offered once or twice before the offer closes. You can decline every one of them and keep full access to what you paid $37 for.

Your account and personal use

Your membership is for your own personal use. Do not share your access, and do not copy, republish, resell or redistribute the member area content, the training or the materials in it. We may close an account that abuses the service — for example by sharing or reselling access, redistributing the content, or misusing our support.

The affiliate programs are run by other companies

The programs listed in the member area are operated by independent third parties. You join each one directly, your relationship is with that company, and your use of it is governed entirely by that company's own terms. We are not a party to it. Commission rates, cookie windows, payout rules and eligibility are set by each program, change often, and may differ by country, so read a program's current terms before you promote it. Acceptance into any program is that program's decision, not ours.

Your responsibilities when you promote

You are responsible for following the rules of every program you join and the law that applies to you. That includes the US Federal Trade Commission's disclosure requirements: when you promote an affiliate offer you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. It also includes each platform's own advertising policies, and honest advertising generally — do not make income claims about a product you are promoting, and do not describe results you have not had.

No guarantee of income

We do not guarantee that you will earn any amount, or anything at all. Any figures, examples or testimonials anywhere on this site or in the member area are illustrations, not promises or predictions. Most people who try affiliate marketing earn little or nothing. Figures quoted in the member area about what a sale can pay describe what third-party programs advertise, not what you will earn. See the Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in the member area is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Affiliate income is taxable, and how you report it is your responsibility. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Explodely, the payment gateway, and charges appear on your statement under Explodely. Every product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract to buy a membership.

The site is provided as is

The site, the member area and everything in them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or up to date, that any linked third-party program will remain available or keep its current terms, or that access will be uninterrupted. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for other companies' sites, products or decisions.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Phone Cash AI is not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site, the member area or any third-party program. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the refund rights set out in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, text, images, video and design of this site and the member area are protected by copyright and remain ours. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
